What you may create
Create portraits, landscapes, products, animals and fictional characters, including photorealistic people. Ordinary non-sexual photos and benign edits of people are allowed, including lighting, color, background, clothing, restoration and style changes.
Deceptive face swapping, identity or voice impersonation, fabricated endorsements and deceptive deepfakes are prohibited. Sexual exploitation and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited. Do not circumvent moderation or submit instructions to override it.
Current safeguards
Video, character and audio generation remain paused. Text prompts and reference images are reviewed before credits are deducted. Generated images must pass review before delivery. Unavailable or inconclusive review does not authorize release.
Five confirmed violations under the current policy within 24 hours temporarily restrict generation. A rejected input costs no generation credits. When output is blocked, we request a credit refund; contact support if it has not appeared. Review delays do not trigger a new generation charge.
Reports and appeals
Report misuse or appeal a decision at support@museimage.dev. Include the task ID or page URL, the issue, and whether you are the affected person. Do not email sensitive identity documents or intimate media. We review reports, restrict access to violating content and may suspend accounts. Automated review can make mistakes.
Safety data
Prompts, reference images and output images are sent to the safety model through Replicate for review. We keep decision metadata (account, task, time, reason and policy version) separate from media. These audit records older than 30 days are removed during subsequent review activity. Generation history and provider retention follow their respective policies.

目前视频、角色和音频生成仍暂停。提示词和参考图片在扣积分前审核，输出图片在交付前审核；审核不可用或无法确定时不放行。24 小时内按当前策略累计 5 次确认违规将暂时限制生成。输入被拒绝不扣生成积分；输出被拦截时系统申请退还积分，未到账请联系支持。等待审核不会重新扣取生成积分。
举报及申诉请联系 support@museimage.dev，提供任务编号或页面链接、问题说明及是否为受影响者。请勿邮件发送敏感身份证件或私密影像。我们会审核举报、限制违规内容访问，并视情况暂停账号。自动审核可能误判。
提示词、参考图片和输出图片通过 Replicate 交由安全模型审核。审核日志仅记录账号、任务、时间、原因及策略版本等信息，不保存原始图片或提示词；超过 30 天的日志在后续审核时清理，生成历史与服务提供商的数据保留另遵循各自政策。
